Hello, I’m Lauren, the founder of LJM VA Services.

After more than 15 years supporting company boards, executives, and leadership teams, I decided it was time to do things differently. In 2018, I launched LJM VA Services: a flexible, virtual support partner helping businesses and professionals across the UK work smarter, feel lighter, and focus on what really matters.

I’ve built my career on the belief that great organisation changes everything, it creates calm, clarity, and the space to do your best work. Today, I bring that same approach to every client I support, combining corporate-level expertise with a down-to-earth, collaborative style.

Over the years, LJM VA Services has grown from a one-person business into an award-winning service, recognised as the UK Virtual Assistant Agency of the Year 2023. While I still collaborate with a small circle of trusted associates, my focus is now on offering truly personalised, high-quality virtual support that meets clients where they are and helps them move forward with ease.
