Mental Health Awareness Week 2024

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week with the theme of Movement, something we all know benefits us but most of us are guilting of not prioritising.

Yesterday, one of our VAs took part in the WanderWoman Forest Bathing & Hammocking session as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.

The morning consisted of:

  • Mindful, gentle walking 
  • Silent reflection
  • Nature connection
  • Meditation
  • Hammocking

Our VA came away from the session feeling refreshed, lighter, reenergised and ready to tackle their workload.
