Case study: Social Media Management

My client wanted to enhance their online presence and engage with prospective customers regularly using social media management. They wanted fresh, regular content produced to showcase their work and also offer recommendations on popular products.

LJM VA created their Facebook page, produced their business ‘Story’ and put together categorised folders containing before and after pictures of completed projects. A content plan was created which tracks what posts get published and when. Having a content plan also ensures there’s the correct balance of posts.

LinkedIn accounts were created and their business Instagram page was revamped. A following on both platforms is growing within their target market.

Outcome: The client now has up-to-date social media platforms which has resulted in numerous messages from people looking to have quotes produced and general advice on projects. Overall my clients are very satisfied that customers now have many ways to contact them.
