What does 12 Hours of VA Support Look like?

At a glance, 12 hours may seem like a very short period of time for someone to provide support to your business. So, I thought it would be useful to detail what my largest package can offer to small businesses who are struggling with their admin and really require that ad-hoc support. This type of service is not for someone who needs support 4, 8 or even 12 hours per day – in that case you should look to employ a full time PA 🙂

When a client purchases a package from me, I set them up on time tracking software and log every piece of work as its done. Once the time is up, I produce a report which can be sent to the client, so they can see exactly where the time has been spent. They then have the option to purchase another package (4, 8 or 12 hours) and work with me again.

Most of my clients will go for the larger package and spread it out over 1 month, so I can spend 1-2 hours every few days dealing with whatever requirements they may have.

These are a few examples of support I can offer in a 1-hour period –

  • read, respond and prioritise up to 50 emails
  • format a 20-30 page PowerPoint presentation
  • book travel for the next week ahead
  • organise numerous external meetings
  • issue 15-20 invoices or follow up payments
  • update CRM system with client information and pull reports

Having this kind of flexible support 2-3 times per week means that 12 hours per month can be filled with tasks that add value to your business and ultimately, gives you that time back.
